- Upon completion, you will receive a copy of your assessment at the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- If you are inquiring about emergency housing vouchers, there are none available through Family Gateway.
- We are unable to assist families who do not have a prior verifiable residence in Dallas or Collin Counties. Prior residence can be verified with a utility bill looked up online, a bank statement, a prior lease, ID, etc.
