An Evening with Family Gateway: Have Fun, Do Good!
Join us on May 14, 2026, from 7:00–9:00 PM at Love & War in Texas for an evening of live music, great food, drinks, and an opportunity to give back to your community. This special evening is a chance to bring people together in support of families experiencing homelessness.
Enjoy a delicious Texas-inspired dinner featuring sliced, smoked brisket and Alamo chicken, served alongside mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, and classic Texas cornbread. While you enjoy your food, you’ll also learn more about the life-changing work of Family Gateway and the impact we’re making right here in our community.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on “Do Good” activities that directly support the families we serve. Write an encouraging note to uplift one of our families, decorate and fill snack bags for the kids in our program, and share our mission on social media.
Then, no evening at Love & War in Texas would be complete without great music—so be sure to hit the dance floor and enjoy the live band!
